About the role

Responsibilities
- Landing Page Creation: Develop high-conversion layouts, applying principles of visual hierarchy, typography, and spacing.
- Prototyping: Build navigable prototypes and scalable design systems (Design Systems) in Figma.
- Visual Identity: Adapt and extend visual identities for the web, ensuring consistency across devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure implementation is faithful to the original design (pixel perfect).
- Iteration: Analyze behavioral metrics and propose UI improvements to optimize the user journey.
Requirements
- Figma proficiency: Advanced knowledge of components, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
- Adobe Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (for asset manipulation and creating vector elements).
- Layout Concepts: Mastery of grid systems, F- and Z-pattern reading, and responsive design (Mobile-First).
- Portfolio: Presentation of real projects for web interfaces and landing pages.
- UX basics: User Research and Usability Testing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate communication with the technical team.
- Experience with animation tools (Lottie or After Effects).
