About the role
- Creative Web Designer crafting graphic solutions for marketing at Dafiti. Collaborating in a multidisciplinary team to deliver on-brand visuals and materials.
Responsibilities
- Act creatively as a “problem solver,” creating and developing creative concepts and graphic assets for brand and performance campaigns in accordance with the marketing calendar defined for the year.
- Adapt and produce materials for social media, landing pages, banners (app, mobile site and desktop), email marketing and corporate/institutional materials.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (Marketing, Branding, Social, Performance, UX, PMs, Business, Developers and Researchers) to develop consumer-focused campaigns.
- Create lettering and graphic elements for animation.
- Foster a healthy, collaborative work environment that promotes autonomy, continuous learning and knowledge sharing among team members.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or related fields.
- Figma (preferred)
- Adobe Suite [Illustrator; Photoshop; Premiere; After Effects]
- Microsoft Office (basic)
- Knowledge of AI tools (a plus)
