About the role
- Web Designer III responsible for designing creative solutions and campaigns at Dafiti. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance brand performance and experience.
Responsibilities
- Work creatively as a problem-solver by creating and developing creative concepts and graphic assets for brand and performance campaigns according to the marketing calendar defined for the year;
- Develop/adapt materials for social media, landing pages, banners (app, mobile site and desktop), email marketing and corporate materials;
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (Marketing, Branding, Social, Performance, UX, PMs, Business, Developers and Researchers) to develop consumer-focused campaigns;
- Create lettering and graphic inserts for animation;
- Cultivate a healthy, collaborative work environment that promotes autonomy, continuous learning and knowledge-sharing among team members.
Requirements
- Experience in creative roles at advertising agencies or areas related to fashion;
- Experience with e-commerce graphic assets (plus);
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma;
- Knowledge of Motion Design: After Effects / Premiere;
- Basic knowledge of creative writing / copywriting;
- Critical and conceptual thinking to support creative proposals;
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (to understand what is possible within the current structure).
