About the role
- Onlineshop-Manager responsible for the operation and improvement of Dachbleche24 e-commerce platform. Overseeing performance, tracking, and coordinating freelancers in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Operation & stability: backups, security, roles/permissions, settings, updates, troubleshooting bugs
- Product development: A/B tests, new features, clean releases (preferably with test/staging shop)
- Tracking & attribution: GA4, consent manager, GTM, events – clear and reliable
- Performance: page speed, Core Web Vitals, technical optimization
- CRO & user behavior: e.g. Hotjar/heatmaps, hypotheses, tests, iteration
- Coordination: manage freelancers for development/design/graphics (briefing, quality, timing)
- Content & campaigns: landing pages, discount campaigns, product/text maintenance
- Reporting: KPIs, risks, priorities, progress
Requirements
- Several years of experience in e‑commerce/shop management (e.g. Shopify (our shop), Shopware, WooCommerce or similar)
- Technical understanding of operations, updates, error analysis and clean rollouts
- Hands‑on experience with tracking/consent (GA4, GTM or similar) and a solid understanding of attribution and events
- Enjoy improving a shop’s stability and measurability
- Structured working style: identify root causes, prioritize sensibly and implement (or manage implementation)
- Take responsibility and be satisfied only when things are truly running smoothly.
