Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive atmosphere for residents.
  • Drive leasing performance and support team development.
  • Promote a service-oriented office environment that prioritizes resident satisfaction.
  • Implement leasing goals, renewal programs, and resident retention strategies.
  • Conduct outreach marketing and maintain knowledge of competitors.
  • Coordinate and promote resident events and community-building functions.
  • Resolve resident concerns and build relationships with residents and local community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
  • Familiarity with both market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus.
  • Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing and EEO laws.
