About the role

  • Analytical role supporting COO Office in a global financial services company. Focus on strategy development, project execution, and collaboration with top management.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the further development of the COO division's strategy, with a particular focus on IT
  • Support the derivation and implementation of strategic objectives using the OKR methodology
  • Conduct and evaluate SWOT analyses at both the holding and national subsidiary levels
  • Provide conceptual support for strategic projects for the COO
  • Prepare decision papers, presentations, and management documents
  • Organize and moderate workshops with national and international units
  • Act as an interface between the executive board, business units, and national subsidiaries

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Initial experience in strategy development and implementation (e.g., consulting, in-house strategy, PMO, business development)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
