About the role

  • Senior People Business Partner advising senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and talent strategy in a dynamic environment. Based in Toronto or Montreal with hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Translate business strategy into an integrated people strategy
  • Proactively identify emerging organizational risks
  • Drive established organizational interventions
  • Anticipate organizational reactions to change
  • Provide executive coaching to senior leaders
  • Assess current and emerging talent needs
  • Leverage people and business data into actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of HR experience
  • 7+ years as an HRBP/PBP supporting senior leaders
  • Expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, performance management
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and recommend strategic solutions
  • Strong business acumen
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Curiosity to leverage AI and emerging tools
