Responsibilities
Support our founders across a variety of support and development missions.
Contribute to the development of the company’s strategy.
Participate in the company’s operational management and team management alongside the COO.
Assist various team leaders and the CEO as needed.
Work in coordination with the Communication/Marketing team.
Contribute to the rollout of the commercial strategy.
Support the deployment of the commercial strategy: market research, identification of key contacts, and preparation of presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
Participate in performance management: data analysis, monitoring KPIs and dashboards, and supporting coordination between sales and operations teams.
Administrative and financial support: assistance with accounting, management control, financial analysis and KPI tracking.
Operational management & coordination: monitor cross-functional projects, optimize processes, and contribute to the transition of internal tools.
Business development & strategy: market studies, drafting proposals, creating materials, and identifying key prospects or partners.
Recruitment & HR: support sourcing, interviews and onboarding of new hires.
Communications & external relations: draft content (press releases, briefs), monitor topics and research key contacts.
Support internal teams: assist team leaders on sales, prevention or operations topics according to priorities.
