Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and updating of administrative, financial, and operational reports;
Assist with the control and organization of office supplies, making requisitions when necessary;
Assist in releasing payment invoices for processing;
Enter and update data in systems and spreadsheets, ensuring information accuracy;
Follow up on and track receipt of quotes;
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the company.
Requirements
High school diploma completed;
Basic knowledge of Excel;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Proactive and willing to learn.
Currently enrolled in or completed higher education in Administration or related fields;
Previous experience in administrative routines;
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple simultaneous tasks.
