Responsibilities
Drive profitable multi-office growth across a closely defined geography (i.e., complex)
Create and implement a compelling business plan emphasizing profitable growth
Drive revenue and asset growth
Segment the needs and prioritize the opportunities of the complex
Develop high-performing branch and associate managers
Optimize resources across the complex including strong partnerships across the operations team
Lead branch and associate managers, advisors, and build strong partnerships with operations staff
Implement national recruiting strategy and execute
Actively generate leads into local area pipeline and manage the end-to-end candidate experience
Execute on onboarding and ramp-up plans that drive growth
Inspect results regularly and provide coaching to branch managers and advisors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years)
7-10 years of relevant experience
Active FINRA Series 7
Active FINRA Series 24, or S9/10
Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or S66)
Active IAR Registration (S65 or S66)
Active Life and Variable Contracts insurance licenses
Self-driven and achievement oriented
Strong presentation skills and executive presence
P&L expense management and ability to analyze data and reports to determine business opportunities
Proven leadership skills and ability to drive & motivate a large organization to achieve results
Knowledgeable and able to develop networks with a wide array of communities
