Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations department
Leadership, development and motivation of the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations team
Management and further development of financing and interest-rate risk management strategies at group and portfolio level (e.g., bank financing, capital market loans and equity instruments)
Responsibility for structured financing and refinancing measures for existing assets and project development portfolios
Ensuring liquidity, solvency and financial stability at group, portfolio and company level
Participation in the preparation and execution of transactions
Establishing, maintaining and further developing relationships with investors, banks, rating agencies and analysts
Responsibility for the investor relations strategy, including reporting, presentations and capital markets communication
Supporting the division head and executive management on strategic issues, investment decisions and special projects
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate Economics or a commercial qualification with relevant further training
Several years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance or Banking, ideally in the real estate sector
Leadership experience and the ability to develop employees/teams both professionally and personally
Solid knowledge of financial risk management, treasury management, liquidity management, derivatives trading as well as experience structuring complex financings and working with capital market and financing partners
Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability and confident presence with investors, banks and management
Structured, independent and results-oriented working style
Good SAP knowledge
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
