Responsibilities
Create the visual assets for advertising, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing deliverables according to brand guidelines
Assist in creating new topics, content strategies that enhance the company's global share of voice
Support in monitoring digital performance metrics and continuously optimizing digital content for increased engagement, traffic, and conversions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all digital touchpoints
Support the coordination of all event-related logistics
Work with event organizers to maximize brand exposure and develop strategic partnerships
Collaborate in executing targeted marketing campaigns to support company growth initiatives
Involved in the end-to-end campaign process, from concept development to implementation and post-campaign analysis
Assist in drafting the applications for awards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, event management, or campaign management
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices (e.g., social media, SEO, CMS, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, content marketing)
Extensive knowledge of Canva for designing marketing deliverables
Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
