Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional, premium brand experience to ensure outstanding client satisfaction
Serve as a consistent role model, inspiring the team and driving store performance
Support initiatives to build and nurture a loyal store community
Collaborate proactively, respectfully, and productively with team members to exceed store goals
Provide exemplary after-sales service, including returns and exchanges, while safeguarding cash and profitability
Engage meaningfully with clients to cultivate lasting relationships and a sense of community
Maintain a luxurious, easy-to-shop environment, ensuring compliance with store policies, procedures, and security standards
Lead by example in executing daily operational priorities and objectives assigned by Store Management
Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate actionable suggestions to enhance sales and achieve store KPIs
Assist Store Management in upholding impeccable stock and cash management standards
Requirements
Several years of experience in luxury, premium retail, or the juvenile industry
Relevant education, at minimum a completed apprenticeship in sales, commerce, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language and English
Strong passion for design, fashion and the luxury industry
Energetic, positive and client-focused attitude
Flexible and hands-on, with a proven ability to adapt to business needs
Willingness to work flexible hours in line with store requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using POS systems
