Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by delivering a premium brand experience
- Lead by example in consistently improving sales performance
- Support the implementation of initiatives to strengthen and grow the store community
- Proactively, productively and respectfully collaborate with team members to meet and exceed the store’s sales targets
- Provide high-quality after-sales and additional retail services and handle returns and exchanges to protect cash and profit
- Proactively engage customers to build and maintain the store community
- Maintain a high-quality, easy-to-navigate shopping environment for customers and comply with company policies, procedures and security standards
- Act as a role model for daily operational objectives and priorities set by management
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to management to increase sales and achieve the store’s KPI targets
- Support the store manager in ensuring excellent stock and cash management
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience in luxury or premium retail, or in the children’s products sector
- Relevant qualifications, at minimum completed vocational training in sales, business administration or a related field
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Passion for and interest in design & fashion
- Energetic, positive attitude
- Flexible, customer-focused with a hands-on mentality
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as required by the business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using POS systems
