Content Management Specialist for CYBEX managing content operations and ensuring accurate, optimized product pages. Collaborating on eCommerce strategies while adhering to brand guidelines in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day content operations, including maintenance of PDPs, PLPs, and CLPs for new and existing products, ensuring content is accurate, current, and optimized for search engines
Maintain consistent formatting and adherence to brand guidelines across all product and landing pages
Conduct regular audits of product pages to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors
Support the integration of new products on our US and Canadian websites, including new product launch setup and ongoing website maintenance
Collaborate with product teams to collect and organize product information, including product data, titles, pricing, descriptions, specifications, images, videos, and other assets
Assist with global website maintenance as needed, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across regional sites
Support the development and execution of eCommerce marketing campaigns and promotions
Keep up-to-date with eCommerce trends, best practices, and platform updates
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field
Some related experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related discipline (internships or entry-level positions accepted)
Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and content management systems; experience with a PIM system is a plus
Excellent communication skills with native-level English proficiency; Canadian French or Mexican Spanish is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with solid project management skills and a structured, deadline-driven approach
Experience with QA processes for digital content and strong attention to detail to catch errors prior to go-live
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support cross-functional teams
