About the role

  • Content Specialist enhancing healthcare software products with a focus on quality assurance and user collaboration. Supporting product development for healthcare excellence at Solventum.

Responsibilities

  • Content-related support in the further development of our software products for external quality assurance in hospitals
  • Close collaboration with users and agile software development within customer-focused product development
  • Support regarding procedures in external quality assurance for the preparation and execution of customer inquiries, webinars, etc.
  • Support in maintaining the calculation rules for determining the quality indicators of external quality assurance according to §137 SGB V

Requirements

  • Degree in healthcare or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in medical controlling, quality management, or a comparable hospital role
  • Practical experience with ICD and OPS coding as well as with external comparative quality assurance (eQS) under §136f SGB V
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Solid MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and analytical abilities
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL, scripting languages, R)
