About the role

  • Inbound Content Marketing Manager turning Softchoice's website into an inbound marketing engine. Collaborating across teams to optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the “Always-On” Inbound Marketing Content Engine
  • Execute the inbound content strategy across Softchoice.com, ensuring content supports SEO efforts, audience engagement, and conversion of unknown users.
  • Drive the alignment and bridging of content and messaging that appears on Softchoice.com and our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) instance.
  • For key top of funnel assets, lead the drive for organic visibility through SEO and organic social channel execution, supporting ongoing audience engagement
  • Maintain and evolve our “always-on” inbound engine, ensuring content remains relevant, high-quality, and aligns to our audience challenges and needs.
  • Optimize page layouts, messaging, call to actions, and user flows to encourage deeper exploration, time on site, and conversion.
  • Provide recommendations on content and layout updates consistent with industry trends
  • Analyze and measure web behavior and engagement to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Reduce content bloat through ongoing audits, consolidation, and rationalization to ensure only high-quality, relevant, and up-to-date content remains
  • Maintain a web content governance framework, including review cycles, stakeholder alignment, content quality checks, and SEO oversight
  • Implement and optimize an SEO strategy and framework working with SEO subject matter experts across marketing teams
  • Partner with the extended marketing team to support trigger-based engagements opportunities across customer journey paths.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years’ relevant and progressively senior experience
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role, in a similar context (e.g., technology consulting or professional services)
  • Experience operating within an enterprise-grade CMS
  • Thorough understanding of SEO best practices and experience implementing them
  • Strong, detail-oriented writer with experience writing for web and understanding writing and editing consistent with a brand’s voice and tone
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks
  • Post-secondary education in a marketing, business or writing discipline or equivalent experience
