About the role

  • Client Solutions Manager driving digital advertising performance for clients at Aleph. Responsible for revenue growth, campaign optimization, and long-term partnerships with high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sustainable growth across a portfolio of high-value managed accounts, with a primary focus on your dedicated platform (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Lead the strategic direction of client accounts, identifying scaling opportunities and maximizing long-term revenue and client value
  • Oversee campaign performance, investment allocation, and KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) to ensure optimal results
  • Translate performance data and insights into clear, commercially impactful recommendations
  • Drive incremental revenue by proactively identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, guiding platform strategy, investment decisions, and growth frameworks
  • Lead high-level performance reviews and executive presentations with clarity, confidence, and strong storytelling
  • Design advanced media strategies, pitch decks, and data-driven solutions leveraging platform insights and tools (e.g., GWI)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and platform teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment
  • Own and strengthen platform partnerships, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to unlock opportunities and resolve challenges
  • Share knowledge across the organization, including performance insights, platform updates, and best practices; mentor junior team members where applicable

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or client-facing account management roles
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling high-value accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth
  • Deep expertise in at least one major advertising platform (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution models, and ROI optimization
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic, business-focused recommendations
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders, with a consultative approach and the ability to influence decision-making
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes independently with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience working with analytics and reporting tools; familiarity with audience insights platforms (e.g., GWI) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus
  • Fluent English and Arabic are required
