About the role

  • Sales Solution Engineer at Cyber Insight GmbH plays a vital role in the technical sales process. Supporting OEM partners in successfully integrating IT security solutions into their offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Technical consulting and support for OEM partners during the sales process
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable integration scenarios
  • Conduct product demos, workshops, and technical presentations
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and use cases
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering
  • Support for proofs of concept and pilot projects
  • Communicate partner feedback to internal teams to drive product improvement
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders and sales teams on the partner side
  • Sustainably grow revenue through your close relationships with our OEM partners

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in technical sales or in solution development for software products
  • Knowledge of IT security, software integration, and APIs (REST, SDKs, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain complex technical matters clearly
  • Independent, solution-oriented work style with high quality standards
  • Business-fluent German and English language skills.
