About the role

  • Banking Operations Specialist supporting banking operations at Constantinople. Responsible for resolving customer issues and collaborating with engineering and product teams for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, high-quality support for banking-related customer inquiries, including onboarding, payments, disputes, and general account servicing
  • Own and execute day-to-day banking operational processes
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues by collaborating with engineering, product, and compliance teams
  • Apply a strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and compliant outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to process and product enhancements
  • Ensure all customer interactions and operational activities meet internal quality, regulatory, and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Experience in frontline customer support in a highly technical environment, along with prior experience with a banking proposition
  • A clear, confident communicator who can manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Process-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable navigating complex systems and workflows
  • Curious and proactive
  • Excited to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
