About the role

  • Lead Director managing technology product strategy and driving product success for CVS Health. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product health and deliver a best-in-class experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define strategic roadmaps, capabilities, and Objectives and Key results (OKRs) to drive overall product success and deliver a best-in-class end-to-end experience.
  • Responsible for the overall success of the product, improving product health and driving value towards targeted outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Business General Manager (GM), Design, Engineering, and Data/Analytics as part of the “Five in a Box” cross-functional product leadership team.
  • Develop and lead a team of product management colleagues, creating a positive team culture through development and coaching.
  • Connect the roadmap to specific value drivers that contribute to business priorities, objectives and key results, and strategic programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years required experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst with a focus on product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.
  • 5+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch in an agile environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with outbound communications, including audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and leveraging customer data to inform decision-making.
  • 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring or leading a team.
