Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the roadmap for Business Intelligence and Performance to impact organizational objectives
  • Align data initiatives with the company’s broader goals of value-based care and clinical efficiency
  • Design, build, and maintain a standardized suite of enterprise-wide dashboards and performance metrics
  • Ensure "one version of the truth" across all reporting layers
  • In collaboration with business and tech leaders, ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of data
  • Establish rigorous protocols for metric definitions to prevent ambiguity in performance tracking
  • Act the nexus between both corporate and field teams to ensure leaders understand business performance and recommendations for improvement
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities within center level performance to positively impact financial performance

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Strategy
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership capacity
  • Deep experience in healthcare (specifically Value-Based Care or Medicare Advantage) is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and claims data is a significant plus
  • Expertise in reporting and dashboarding, with familiarity with data warehousing concepts as well as SQL and modern data stack
  • Exceptional ability to "story tell" with data, translating leading indicator insights into actionable tactics for teams to execute
  • Willingness to work directly with center leaders and analysts alike to drive performance
