About the role

Responsibilities
- Facilitate high-quality professional development, training, support, data analysis, and communication with teachers and leaders
- Engage participants in online diagnostic and instruction program
- Provide tailored on-site support to teachers, coaches, and leaders
- Track and submit detailed training notes and complete assignments in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers and providing professional development
- Strong working knowledge of the State Standards for ELA and Mathematics for Grades K–8
- Fluency with using digital tools including online assessments
- Understanding of principles of adult learning
- Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Excellent computer and internet skills including knowledge of Office programs
