  • Proven experience in content management and digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Strong editorial and writing skills — with the ability to use AI tools creatively
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and social media management
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while keeping an eye on details
  • Solid project management and organizational skills — proactive, structured, and team-oriented
  • Creative flair with a talent for storytelling and content innovation
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
