About the role

  • Process Analyst responsible for analyzing and improving processes at Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional. Collaborating on documentation and alignment with governance and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, model, document and propose improvements to organizational processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies, regulatory compliance and good Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC) practices.
  • Perform end-to-end process mapping, analysis and modeling using established methodologies and frameworks.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather information and understand the current (As-Is) process flow.
  • Develop process documentation, flowcharts, diagrams and other artifacts required to document the target (To-Be) flow.
  • Identify risks, controls, operational gaps and opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
  • Support transformation, review and standardization initiatives for processes, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Participate in or lead impact analyses for changes and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to defining performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring metrics for processes.
  • Work in partnership with Risk, Internal Controls, Privacy, Legal and other multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, corporate policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support process governance activities, including the periodic maintenance and updating of documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Risk, Internal Controls, Governance, Finance, Controllership and/or Audit or related areas.
  • Previous experience in process mapping, review and analysis.
  • Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, Miro, Visio).
  • Analytical skills, structured thinking and the ability to conduct interviews and workshops.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with business areas and preparing documentation.
