Responsibilities

  • Functional leadership of the European Customer Experience Centers
  • Disciplinary/line management of the Customer Experience Center Germany
  • Development of new Customer Experience Centers
  • Regular monitoring of lead KPIs
  • Ensuring adherence to the lead process
  • Monitoring quality standards in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training and/or degree
  • International experience in data-driven (B2B) marketing or sales
  • Initial leadership experience
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Very good command of English
  • Structured working style and affinity for working in matrix teams
