About the role
- FP&A Analyst delivering analytical insights to support business decisions at Crocs, Inc. Engaging in financial reporting and performance analysis while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver analytical insights to support business decisions and process improvements, external financial reporting communications, data mining and various reporting needs.
- Assist in weekly revenue reporting, ensuring leadership receives timely and relevant intra-quarter results.
- Consolidate Global Revenue KPI’s: DTC Comps, Store Count, Wholesale Account plans, etc.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by transforming data into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
- Establish trust and communicate effectively to senior management
- Perform ad hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions across multiple disciplines
- Partner with the FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis and other reporting requirements upon request
- Support the preparation of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for Planning, Forecasting and Variance Analysis
- Assist with Quarter-End external financial reporting activities
- Work effectively within teams, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a high level of initiative.
- Maintain the ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA a plus
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
- Expert in building models for analysis
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
