About the role

  • Develop influencer and creator strategies for our clients (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Identify and select suitable creators and influencers
  • Manage campaign workflows including briefings, communication, and content approvals
  • Support our clients in operational campaign management
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (KPIs, reporting, learnings)
  • Trend scouting: keep an eye on new creators, platforms, and formats

Requirements

  • Experience in influencer marketing / social media marketing
  • Confident communicator with clients and creators
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and KPIs
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Nice to have: experience with paid media and performance ads
