Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, setting up, managing, optimizing, and tracking online campaigns
Campaigns include paid ads — primarily via Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
Preparing reports and analyzing KPIs using various analytics tools
Ongoing optimization of campaigns with respect to budget, quality, CPC, CPL, CPO, etc.
Market and competitor monitoring to identify trends
Derive concrete recommendations to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions
Direct coordination with clients and independent scheduling of appointments
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Performance Marketing or Campaign Manager
Strong proficiency with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Matomo, Looker Studio
Familiarity with tools such as Tracify or Klar! is desirable
Highly organized, independent, and calm under pressure
Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
