Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise Content Executives to ensure strong content planning and client management.
Provide creative guidance, review storyboards, and ensure all concepts align with brand goals and TikTok best practices.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Develop content frameworks, campaign angles, and storytelling directions tailored for TikTok.
Act as a senior point of contact for key clients; join client calls, briefings, and reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in content planning, social media strategy, or TikTok content creation.
Experience managing a team is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of TikTok content formats, trends, and influencer/KOL landscape.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
Highly organized, with strong project management and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and fast-paced workflows.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
