About the role

- Analyse and evaluation of banking-related requirements for bank IT systems
- Preparation of corresponding functional specifications and detailed specs
- Independent analysis and alignment of business requirements directly with the client, the receiving Product Owners and the software development team
- Creation of user stories
- Feature testing as part of sprint reviews and acceptance tests
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a bank clerk (or equivalent) or several years of experience in the financial services sector
- Initial experience with methods and approaches for process and requirements analysis
- Ideally experience as a Test Engineer or in software product quality assurance
- Quick comprehension and analytical thinking, as well as a structured way of working
- Team player with a willingness to work on projects
- High resilience, willingness to learn and strong communication skills
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
