Responsibilities
Evolving the products and processes of the Discounts and Revolving Credit team is our primary responsibility within Sicredi, and as a business analyst we make this evolution tangible through the following responsibilities:
Manage product issues, friction points and processes, providing clarity on the main opportunities to minimize friction for Members and Cooperatives when using our solutions;
Monitor, map and lead product risk remediation plans; act as our Risk and Compliance agent, since credit products are subject to extensive rules and legal requirements;
Serve as a reference for Cooperatives and CAS teams in knowledge dissemination and product change management;
Identify business opportunities for our products by analyzing key metrics and indicators, proposing actions and encouraging the cooperatives;
Collaborate with peers within the Corporate team, sharing knowledge and best practices;
Requirements
Knowledge of financial products and services;
Understanding of a company's financial operations;
Credit knowledge preferred;

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
