About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative driving revenue growth for Agilent Technologies. Responsible for outbound and inbound sales, customer relationship management, and sales funnel management.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions
  • Managing own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven sales experience, including a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to find innovative solutions
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
  • Experience in insurance sales (bonus points)
