Responsibilities
Lead the client relationship - You’ll lead on the day‑to‑day and long‑term strategic partnership with senior hospitality stakeholders, building trust, shaping conversations, and making sure ITG shows up as an essential extension of their team. You will immerse your-self in the clients business and understand their strategic requirements.
Champion excellence across every discipline - Strategy, creative, content, print you’ll lead on bringing these functions together, so outputs feel joined‑up, on‑brand and full of energy. You’ll ensure work is right first time, and that our client feels supported, understood and inspired. (Print knowledge is not essential but is a bonus)
Lead and inspire your team - You’ll mentor, empower and develop a multi‑disciplinary team, creating the kind of environment where people feel confident, prepared, solutions‑focused and excited to bring their best. At ITG, your opinion matters, and you’ll foster that mindset across the team too.
Guide seamless delivery from brief to launch - You’ll ensure every project, from big strategic campaigns to high‑volume content and production, moves smoothly through the workflow. Clear briefs, well‑supported teams, attention to detail, confident decision‑making, and flawless execution will be your trademarks.
Master of Prioritisation and Organisation - You approach each day with structure and intention, managing your workload with clarity and efficiency. You prioritise effectively, keep projects moving, and maintain visibility across multiple tasks without letting anything slip through the cracks. Your organisational discipline ensures deadlines are met, stakeholders stay informed, and the team can rely on you to bring order, consistency, and calm to even the busiest periods.
Be hands-on when required - You’re ready to step in and provide hands‑on support whenever the team needs it. With extensive experience crafting clear, effective briefs for strategy, creative, and studio teams, you ensure everyone starts with the right direction. Your sharp attention to detail means you can confidently review work, challenge the output, and push back on teams when necessary. You uphold high standards and aren’t afraid to defend them.
Own the account commercials - You’ll have a good understanding of Budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight, you’ll keep things running smoothly, sustainably and profitably, ensuring long‑term success for both the client and ITG.
Spot opportunities and spark innovation - The team look to you to uncover new ideas, new approaches and new ways of working that add real value. Whether improving processes, elevating the creative ambition or introducing new solution to drive efficiency, you’ll keep the account moving forward.
Requirements
Experience leading a major client, ideally in hospitality or a similarly fast‑paced consumer sector
A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of integrated marketing across creative, digital, content and print (Print production knowledge is not essential but is a bonus)
Highly organised and can effectively prioritised for yourself as well as the teams
Someone who can navigate complexity, manage high‑volume delivery and keep multiple workstreams aligned
A natural relationship‑builder and communicator who knows how to influence, challenge and guide senior stakeholders
A thoughtful, prepared, solutions‑focused leader who brings perspective, not just information
