Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed delegate sales targets across a range of conferences and awards.
Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Build strong relationships with senior-level professionals and decision-makers.
Understand client needs and match them with relevant event opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines using our CRM system.
Research new leads, track market trends, and share insights with the wider team.
Work closely with marketing, sponsorship, and event teams to align sales activity with campaign messaging and event goals.
Requirements
It's desirable that you have at least 1 years experience in delegate sales for B2B conferences or events.
Essential that you have a minimum of 2 years experience in an outbound B2B environment making 50-100+ outbound calls per day.
A proven record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior executives.
Confidence in negotiation and closing multi-event deals.
Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Constant Contact, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
A proactive, resilient attitude; you take ownership and make things happen.
Familiarity with digital and social selling techniques (especially LinkedIn).
