Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required and 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and/or logistics field.
- Strong operational expertise and a deep understanding of logistics and vehicle operations.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex, client-facing situations.
- Comfort handling escalations, exceptions, and time-sensitive issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and partners.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using tools, dashboards, and reporting to drive decisions.
