Responsibilities
Provide proactive client relationship management and communication as the primary point of contact for the AMP Marketing Technology Platform
Contribute to customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and/or exceeding expectations
Work directly, professionally, and collaboratively with Clients and internal teams to meet client needs
Maintain expected level of client engagement and drive product utilization
Conduct consultative reviews and provide marketing/process opportunities
Analyze and evaluate email performance using CRM reports
Provide guidance to other members of Managed Services and departments
Handle VIP accounts and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years of account ownership or management experience
Effective communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
