About the role
- Referent Accounting at Covivio handling financial analyses, IFRS compliance, and team collaboration. Involvement in SAP, financial standards, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Mitverantwortung für konzernrechnungslegungsbezogene Analysen und Ad-Hoc-Bilanzierungsanfragen nach HGB und IFRS
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung eines Bilanzierungshandbuchs
- Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung neuer IFRS-Standards
- Analyse bestehender rechnungslegungsbezogener Prozesse und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen mit Unterstützung der IT und des operativen Teams
- Durchführung von Sonderprojekten (bspw. Analysen von konzerninternen Verrechnungen) für unseren Vorstand und der Geschäftsführung
- Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten (Monats-, Quartals und Jahresabschluss)
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Rechnungswesen) oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse am IT-affinen Arbeiten und sicherer Umgang mit SAP -wünschenswert in SAP S4 Hana
- Gute Bilanzierungskenntnisse nach HGB und IFRS
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit, kreative Lösungen für komplexe Probleme zu entwickeln
- Kommunikationsstärke, Spaß an Teamarbeit, Organisationsgeschick und analytisches sowie übergreifendes Denkvermögen als auch eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
