Responsibilities
Monitorearás el funcionamiento operativo de los sistemas del banco.
Darás apoyo en la configuración, mantenimiento y seguimiento de incidencias.
Brindarás soporte en altas, bajas y administración de usuarios.
Prepararás equipos y gestionarás su entrega al personal interno.
Asesorarás a los colaboradores en el uso correcto de sistemas y aplicaciones.
Apoyarás en la solución de problemas esporádicos y eventos extraordinarios en TI.
Requirements
Formación: Licenciatura/Ingeniería o Carrera Técnica en Sistemas o afín (concluida o en curso).
Experiencia: No requerida, estudiantes próximos a egresar o recién graduados.
Conocimientos: Paquetería Office, Sistema DOS, Sistemas operativos (Linux, Windows Server), Active Directory.
Idiomas: No requerido (Inglés intermedio deseable).
