About the role

  • Growth Product Manager responsible for enhancing user engagement at Counsel Health. Focused on maximizing product-led growth in consumer health management through AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer the "Aha!" Moment: You will obsess over time-to-value.
  • Master Mindshare & Presence: You will define what "presence" looks like for Counsel.
  • Build the PLG Engine: You will own the "front door" of Counsel.
  • Industry Agnostic: We don’t care if you’ve worked in health tech.
  • Maximize Utility: You will ship the "incremental but essential" features.
  • Partner with D2C Growth: You will work in a high-velocity pod alongside our D2C Growth Marketer.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in consumer growth.
  • Lead discovery and experimentation to identify and prioritize the most impactful features and opportunities.
  • Deep customer intuition and product taste, combining design empathy with a rigorous, data-informed approach to measuring impact.
  • Ability to own your work in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to an ever-changing landscape.
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make your product successful.
  • Work cross functionally with engineering, design, clinicians, and GTM to define, build, and deploy experiences that delight our users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
