Responsibilities
Execute and continuously improve the social media strategy
Ideate and publish content across all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Grow followers and engagement across social media to bring more people into the movement
Handle community management across all platforms, monitoring conversations and engaging authentically with the community
Proactively stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive execution of content
Ensure all social media content is aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity
Champion Coral Gardeners' tone of voice and craft engaging copy for social media content
Develop performance reports with recommendations to optimize content and strategy
Requirements
Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
At least 3 years of proven work experience in social media.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Passion for social media, digital trends, and content creation.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Knowledge of or passion for ocean conservation is a strong bonus.
