Responsibilities
Perform detailed profitability analyses by product, segment and region;
Manage business requests for special pricing/discounts, providing insights for strategic decision-making and verifying feasibility in accordance with defined guidelines, market positioning and Copa Energia’s objectives/impacts;
Support management in monitoring KPIs and area results, consolidating and evaluating monthly outcomes to define new strategies;
Develop metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement;
Explain realized prices to safeguard the company’s planned budget and forecast results, identifying risks and opportunities for proactive adjustments to the company’s pricing policy;
Work on high-complexity processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing changes;
Conduct complex, detailed analyses of data, problems or processes using statistical modeling, trend analysis, forecasting and data-driven strategic recommendations;
Perform studies on changes to Pricing Policy, commercial incentives and promotions; contribute significantly to strategic decision-making through critical analyses and data interpretation;
Propose price adjustments in response to changes in macroeconomic scenarios, competitive dynamics and company strategy;
Prepare and partially lead Pricing Committee meetings with information for your segment;
Facilitate communication with partner areas by identifying and proposing process improvement opportunities. Manage analytical projects from conception through implementation and evaluation, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met;
Serve as a technical point of reference for the team on higher-complexity, high-impact activities by providing guidance and follow-up to support area demands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics or related fields;
Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Actuarial & Financial Management or related areas;
Microsoft Office (Excel) - Advanced level;
Power BI and SQL - Advanced knowledge;
Experience in Pricing, including development and implementation of pricing strategies;
Experience working with data and converting it into strategic insights;
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic delivery environment;
Intermediate English;
Desired: Experience with Revenue Management, knowledge of agile methodologies and process structuring;
ThinkCell (desired);
Knowledge of statistics.
