About the role
- Join Hayfin's Partner Solutions Group as an Analyst focusing on investor relations and private credit. Support fundraising, product development, and investor communication in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing and due diligence materials, including pitch books, PPMs and DDQs, maintaining a consistently high standard of quality and accuracy
- Build a strong understanding of Hayfin’s strategies, investments and market positioning to support effective investor communication
- Support fundraising processes end-to-end, coordinating inputs across teams and ensuring timely delivery against key milestones
- Produce clear, well-structured analysis on fund structures, investor requirements and market dynamics to inform product positioning
- Partner closely with investment, legal, finance and operations teams to deliver accurate and commercially relevant client materials
- Support the delivery of investor communications, including responses to due diligence and ad hoc information requests, in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Experience in private markets, investment banking, asset management or a related field (From internships and/or a permanent position)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and numerical ability - including proficiency in Excel
- Interest in financial markets and investor relations
- Relevant educational background (e.g. Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Economics or Business)
- Preferred - Exposure to private credit or alternative investments
- Preferred - Experience supporting marketing, fundraising or client-facing activity
