  • Marketing Manager at Coople developing campaigns for B2B lead generation in Switzerland's health sector. Collaborating closely with sales and internal teams to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on B2B lead generation and Coople client acquisition, particularly in the healthcare sector
  • Further developing the marketing strategy and creating market-specific campaign concepts
  • End-to-end ownership of campaigns: concept development, asset production, channel activation, performance tracking and continuous optimization
  • Responsibility for industry-specific initiatives such as healthcare campaigns, job board strategies or local events
  • Close collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to analyze, evaluate and optimize campaign performance
  • Social media and community management
  • Support in planning and executing events
  • Contributing to referral, loyalty and incentive campaigns to acquire new businesses and workers through various channels including the existing database

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or a comparable qualification
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing
  • Experience with email service providers (such as Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua, etc.) for planning and optimizing automated email campaigns (B2B and B2C)
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing marketing projects
  • Native-level German and fluent English, both spoken and written; French is a plus
  • Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality and sense of ownership
  • Enjoyment of a dynamic, agile work environment and a strong interest in AI developments and new technologies
