About the role

  • Biopharmaceutical Area Sales Manager managing sales team to drive performance in Gulf Coast region. Leading strategic direction and execution with focus on neurological products and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading, developing, and managing a high performing sales team
  • Set and lead the development of area strategic direction and tactical sales plans
  • Achieves business objectives and sales results by observing Account Manager interactions and providing coaching
  • Guides the identification of local market systems of care, patient flow, and reimbursement

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 3+ years sales management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical’s, Biologics or related experience
  • Proven track record of consistent sales success and financial management
  • Must possess superior communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must live within 100 miles of territory boundaries
