About the role

  • Internal sales representative managing customer inquiries and handling order placement. Collaborating with clients to resolve issues and providing product information in the electrical distribution sector.

Responsibilities

  • Receive customer calls and provide accurate pricing and product information, conducting research as needed.
  • Enter customer orders into the system.
  • Follow up with customers on orders in progress.
  • Track corporate requests, analyze reports, and take appropriate action.
  • Take necessary steps to resolve customer service issues promptly and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Proactively suggest related and/or alternative products when appropriate;
  • Keep technical product knowledge up to date.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
  • DEP (vocational diploma) in Electricity and/or sales training (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of the electrical distribution market
