Responsibilities
Receive customer calls and provide accurate pricing and product information, conducting research as needed.
Enter customer orders into the system.
Follow up with customers on orders in progress.
Track corporate requests, analyze reports, and take appropriate action.
Take necessary steps to resolve customer service issues promptly and follow up to ensure resolution.
Proactively suggest related and/or alternative products when appropriate;
Keep technical product knowledge up to date.
Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
Two (2) years of experience in customer service and sales
DEP (vocational diploma) in Electricity and/or sales training (an asset)
Good knowledge of the electrical distribution market
