About the role
- Support Engineer PLM assisting with client PLM projects from concept to implementation in Belgium’s manufacturing sector. Focus on technical execution and configuration in a supportive role with growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Je werkt mee aan PLM projecten bij klanten, van concept tot concrete implementatie, met een duidelijke focus op de technische uitwerking en configuratie
- Je ondersteunt bij het uittekenen van het technisch concept van PLM oplossingen en helpt bij de implementatie ervan
- Je bent actief inzetbaar op de servicedesk, waar je technische vragen en issues analyseert en oplost
- Voor specifieke configuraties en uitbreidingen werk je samen met ervaren PLM consultants, product specialisten en software ontwikkelaars
- Je bent betrokken bij de uitrol van oplossingen en bouwt geleidelijk klantcontact op, in eerste instantie vooral op technisch en operationeel niveau
- In functie van je groei bouw je ook functioneel inzicht op in PLM processen en het gebruik ervan bij engineering teams
Requirements
- Je behaalde een technisch diploma (Master of Bachelor in IT, ingenieurswetenschappen of industriële wetenschappen)
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met technologie, engineering en industriële productontwikkeling
- Je hebt interesse in PDM/PLM systemen en wil je verdiepen in de technische kant van deze oplossingen
- Ervaring met PTC Windchill of andere PLM oplossingen is een plus, maar geen vereiste
- Je werkt gestructureerd, bent leergierig en haalt voldoening uit het technisch oplossen van problemen
- Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels
- Kennis van het Frans is een plus
- Je bent mobiel en voornamelijk actief in het Vlaamse landsgedeelte
