Responsibilities
- Building and leading the organization (with ca. 100 members currently)

- Enabling and supporting quality delivery of projects and services
- Managing business KPIs and organization’s budget
- People management. Supporting personal growth and career development of team members, building motivated, engaged and highly capable team
- Optimizing processes and assets of organization, to increase team’s efficiency and impact
- Managing projects related to internal transformations
- Defining and executing organization strategy
- Personal engagement in presales activities and client delivery
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills (min. 6 years in a managerial position)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in working with senior management
- Very good understanding of the needs and trends on the IT market
- Passion and experience in AI
- Readiness to travel between our offices in Poland (Łódź, Warszawa, Poznań, Kraków)
- Fluent English
- Extensive hands-on experience in commercial projects in the area IT solutions and services, ideally within one of: Custom Applications Development, Data, AI)
- Ideally – experience with Finance & Banking sector
