Responsibilities
Building and leading the organization (with ca. 100 members currently)
Managing capacity and capability of the organization, driving training and learning activities
Enabling and supporting quality delivery of projects and services
Managing business KPIs and organization’s budget
People management. Supporting personal growth and career development of team members, building motivated, engaged and highly capable team
Optimizing processes and assets of organization, to increase team’s efficiency and impact
Managing projects related to internal transformations
Defining and executing organization strategy
Personal engagement in presales activities and client delivery
Requirements
Strong leadership skills (min. 6 years in a managerial position)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in working with senior management
Very good understanding of the needs and trends on the IT market
Passion and experience in AI
Readiness to travel between our offices in Poland (Łódź, Warszawa, Poznań, Kraków)
Fluent English
Extensive hands-on experience in commercial projects in the area IT solutions and services, ideally within one of: Custom Applications Development, Data, AI)
Ideally – experience with Finance & Banking sector
