About the role

  • Senior Manager leading growth and execution of Integrated Materials Management Program at Boeing. Focusing on P&L Program performance and strategic growth in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own the IMM Program P&L performance
  • Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) collaboration
  • Develop and manage direct customer relationships
  • Be accountable for meeting LRBP revenue, earnings, and cash targets
  • Lead and develop the overall IMM growth strategy
  • Oversee all IMM program execution across Boeing platforms
  • Monitor and assess service or product competitors
  • Work across BGS Commercial Spares, Managed Parts Programs, and Functional Leadership teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal /or informal leadership role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • 1+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management within the aerospace industry
  • 1+ years of experience with strong understanding of global market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Background in the commercial aftermarket parts products/offerings preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
