About the role

  • CMO and Marketing Manager developing and optimizing marketing channels for Eventplanning24's innovative event service platform. Manage campaigns and partnerships to drive engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage & optimize marketing channels
  • Plan, execute and optimize performance advertising (ads) campaigns on Google/Meta/Pinterest/TikTok
  • Manage budget by performance and re-engage drop-offs
  • Provide a clear 14-day report (Clicks → Inquiries → Bookings → Cost/Booking)
  • Manage external partners/freelancers as needed
  • Maintain social & influencer editorial calendar; publish and distribute content
  • Select creators/influencers and manage collaborations
  • Use discount/partner codes and measure impact
  • Nurture the community (comments/DMs → inquiries)
  • Arrange content production (automate and/or use freelancers)
  • SEO & GEO (AI discoverability)
  • Plan & manage SEO strategy (site structure, content, fundamentals)
  • Build backlinks & partnerships
  • Use AI for content creation and automation
  • Regular monitoring with brief result updates
  • Build and maintain cooperation & affiliate partnerships (e.g., venues/planners/service providers)
  • Manage the affiliate program (codes, billing, performance)
  • Plan and evaluate joint promotions/bundles
  • Plan event & trade show goals, budgets and presence; coordinate team & materials
  • Represent the company at events and capture leads
  • Rapid follow-up and concise evaluation of results
  • Build & maintain a CRM
  • Email campaigns for customer acquisition
  • Communication with (potential) customers

Requirements

  • Practical experience in performance marketing
  • Practical experience with social media & influencers
  • Practical experience with ChatGPT or similar tools
  • Creative problem-solving approaches
  • Strong organizational skills and an independent working style
  • Strong communication skills, team player and curiosity
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
  • Good German and English skills, spoken and written
